Nijmegen Crossing Operation

Nijmegen River Crossing

You have been surprised by the Allied river crossing.  Do 
not let the Americans reach the bridge before your 
reinforcements can arrive.  Hold them off for the rest of
the day to allow your troops to deploy.

If the Americans gain the northern end of the bridge at 
Nijmegen, then the southern end will also be lost.

Nijmegen Riverfront

This is a good a place to make a stand.  Stop the Americans 
here or prepare to fight to the last man for the northern
end of the bridge.

Nijmegen North Bridge

This is the last stand for the Nijmegen position.  Authorization 
to blow the bridge is unlikely.  You must hold here as long as 
possible.  You and your men are all that stands between XXX 
Corps and Arnhem.

If you retreat, your troops will be recalled and this 
operation will be canceled.
