Oosterbeek Operation

Oosterbeek Rail Bridge

Make sure that the bridge is destroyed.  If the bridge is 
captured intact, XXX Corps can cross the Rhine here instead 
of at Arnhem.  If you lose the bridge, then you must 
recapture and destroy it.

Oosterbeek Cauldron

British airborne supplies are minimal.  Keep up the pressure 
and force them to spread out their resources.  Tie down their 
troops here so that you can make gains in other areas.

Oosterbeek North

Taking large portions of this map will ensure that the British 
don't retake the landing zone.  Fall back if you must, but 
consider that a last option.

Oosterbeek Landing Zone

This is an opportunity to push the Allies back. Push hard 
but do not sacrifice your troops. The key to victory is steady 
progress as the enemy is well armed and well trained.  
Fortunately, you are more prepared and better equipped than 
they imagined.  And time is on your side.

This is the most important zone in the British bridgehead.  If 
you capture their landing zone, you will sever the British 
airborne supply line, depriving the lightly equipped 
paratroopers of additional food, ammunition, and 
reinforcements.
