Arnhem Bridge Operation

Arnhem Rail Bridge

British paratroopers are attacking the bridges!  You are taken
by surprise and are at a disadvantage, but if you can slow 
their advance your Panzers have time to arrive and turn the 
tide. If the bridge is in danger of falling into enemy hands,
destroy it without hesitation.

Arnhem Suburbs

The British bridgehead must be contained.  Give ground slowly 
and inflict casualties when you can.  Conserve your forces for 
a counterattack to clear the area of these air devils.

Arnhem Tree Road

Use your good fields of fire to delay the British advance.  
Hold as much ground as you can for as long as you can and 
conserve your forces.  Panzer units are on the way to your area.

Arnhem West Approach

The enemy is pushing for the bridge at Arnhem.  This is the 
best place to make your stand and keep the British away 
from the bridge.  If you can't stop them here, then fall back 
to the bridge itself and hope for reinforcements.

If you do lose this area, you may get another chance to come 
in behind the Allies and to retake this ground.

Arnhem Bridge

The British have done well to make it this far.  Your opponent 
is tough and inventive.  You must be tougher and possessed 
of an iron will!  This bridge is not wired for detonation.  You 
must deny it to the Allies at all costs, including your own life.  
Your success means that German supplies and reinforcements 
can flow south to the Island operation and to Nijmegen.  Do 
not cause others to die for your failure.
