Veghel Operation

Veghel Bridge

The goal of the Veghel operation is to secure the second
of the key bridges on the road to Arnhem.  Control of Veghel is 
vital to the rapid transit of XXX Corps through this area.  You
should be able to secure the operation during the first day.
If you allow the Veghel bridge to be destroyed, then XXX Corps
will have to wait overnight while a Bailey bridge can be built.

Veghel Town

There is no better place to hold the bridge than here.  Clear 
the town quickly, and then defend it against counterattacks.  
The road is the life line of XXX Corps and the path into 
Germany.

Veghel North

This is the last foothold of the enemy on the road.  Do not 
allow the Germans to occupy this map.  You must open a 
corridor for XXX Corps and hold it after they pass on through. 
If the road is cut, their drive to Arnhem will stall.
