- Fix shader warning on PKA5
- Fix missing texture on PKA1 
- Update all sounds to Q3A Standard to remedy the "Bad Magic" crashes
- Fix infinite ammo bug while using the Dragon deploy
- Change player respawn code to fix server crashes
- Fix "/airfist" command to properly select the AirFist weapon
- Modify the throwing direction of the Dragon deployed beans
- Fix Dragon deploy to work through opened doorways and water/air boundaries in PKA1
- Allow Dragon Point and Grappled Player to be moved by moving platforms.
- Allow Beartraps to ride moving platforms
- Allow Autosentries to ride moving platforms
- Closing doors or blocked platforms will crush Beartraps and Autosentries
- Fix "/weapprev" when moving from a PKA holdable weapon to a "firing" weapon

Changes:
- Set player respawn to bias furthest locations from death spot
- Allow player to hold more than 1 holdable at a time, "+button12" for select next
- Fixed Autosentry firing at spectators
- Autosentry will act as a shield against CLG and reflect portion of shaft back at attacker
- Fixed Quad Autosentry exploit
- Increase nailgun damage a small amount
- "dragondeploy" - alternate fire for PKA items on dragon (must have PKA ITEM in hand first)
- Update PKA models with fixes from JANUS
- Airfist has a meter, 0 damage when meter is at zero
- Cheats "give all" will only give legal limit of weapon ammo
- CLG chain is delayed a fraction of a second between finding other targets
- CLG "lock on" beam stays on target
- Reduced CLG units in weapon and ammo pickups
- Dropped weapons only remain on level ~14 seconds, reduced from 30 seconds
- Fix PKA font bugs (not all of them)
- Add PKA font to HUD numbers
- While tooting, Beans will prevent armor from decrementing when over 100 units
- Updated bounce code for Beartrap to reduce the cases where bounce sound is repeated
- Breakup the various speeds for the dragon tongue, increase launch speed
- Enable all maps in the hub
- Launched Gravity Well will bounce more
- Delay the spawning of the Gravity Well when a map starts
- Increase the respawn time for the Gravity Well    
- Update Control menu for new commands (dragondeploy, +button12)

Changes:

- autosentry shoot missiles and not bullets

- weapon tweaks:
	nails - more damage
	lightning - double damage
	exploding shells - reduce damage (~90%)
	autosentry - reduce knockback to normal amount

- new entity:
	add local gravity so maps can have low or high gravity.
	low gravity - like floating in space or on surface of moon
	high gravity to restrict player jumps or long jumps and more damage on
		falling impact
